A presale at a fixed USDG price with a soft cap and a hard cap.

• Buyers contribute USDG up to a per-wallet maximum.
• If the hard cap is reached, the sale closes early.
• If the soft cap is not reached by the end of the sale, every buyer is refunded in USDG automatically.
• If the soft cap is reached, liquidity is seeded on the DEX, the LP is locked or burned, and allocations vest and are claimed from the claim portal.
