$PINA is live on Robinhood Chain: 0x050a18c9e14D2a13dE99762AC28CB70C8D702303 (ERC-20, 9 decimals, fixed supply of 1,000,000,000, no owner). Utility is added in the open, contract by contract; the table says which parts are enforced on-chain today.

Holding, not staking
The live tiers read balanceOf at trade time. There is nothing to lock: move the tokens away and the discount is gone on the next trade; buy back in and it returns. Staking (for launch-fee waivers, priority and revenue share) is a separate contract that has not shipped.
Design (roadmap)
Creator utility (staking). Free bonding-curve launches, premium launch modes, a locked creator stake (no buy-launch-dump), a "Staked Creator" badge and reputation boost, reduced graduation fees, bonds posted in $PINA at a discount, boosted feed placement.
Participant utility. Priority allocation in allowlist rounds and presales, an early-access window sized by stake, higher referral rates, premium terminal tools.
Value accrual. A fixed share of platform fees buys back and burns $PINA; part of platform USDG fees is distributed to stakers.
Governance. Stakers vote on fee levels, the graduation threshold, the graduation DEX, and carry weight in community-takeover and milestone votes.
